Redchilly Restaurant

Up here in Mukteshwar, life moves at its own pace. Redchilly Restaurant is situated right in the Kumaon region of Nainital. It’s a beautiful area, and we are lucky to be here. We get a lot of travelers who are visiting the hills or people just passing through Mukteshwar. The air is fresh and the views are great, but the work is still hard. Our restaurant is quite basic. We have wooden tables and a small kitchen where we cook mostly local styles of food. Sometimes it’s hard to get certain supplies up here in the mountains, especially when the weather turns bad, so our menu might change depending on what we can get from the local market. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who handle everything from taking orders to cleaning up. It feels more like a home kitchen than a commercial restaurant. People often stop by for a hot tea or a warm meal after a long walk. We don't have any fancy music or lighting. Most of our guests just want to sit down and rest for a bit. It’s a quiet place where you can just eat and look at the trees. We’ve been serving the people here and the tourists for a while now, and we just try to make sure everyone leaves with a full stomach. It’s a simple business in a very pretty part of the world. We don't need much else besides happy customers.
