Most days are busy with organizing things and talking to the local residents. We don’t use any fancy management techniques; we just talk to each other and figure things out. Sometimes we have meetings in the afternoon and there is usually a lot of tea involved. The office is simple, with just some wooden tables and chairs. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the papers. That is just life in a small office. We have been here for a while and people in Berhampore know we are around.
