We are a group of folks working together under the name Dohalia Farmers Producer Company Limited. Our spot is located over at Ganesh Ch. Pal's place in Kandidohalia, which is in the Murshidabad area. It’s a pretty quiet corner of the world, but we keep ourselves busy with the land and whatever the season brings. Ganesh has been kind enough to let us use this address for the company business. Most of us here have been farming for as long as we can remember, so starting this producer company felt like the right move to make things a bit more official for everyone involved. It isn't a fancy office or anything like that. We mostly meet up and talk about what needs doing for the crops or the supplies we need to get through the month. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit confusing, but we manage. Living and working out here in Murshidabad means we know our neighbors well, and that’s basically how we run things.
