Zareer Lalkaka

I live and work over here at 27 - A on Nepensea Road. It is a quiet spot on West Hill Nepean Sea Road. My name is Zareer Lalkaka. People around here know me just as Zareer. I have been in this area for a long time now. It is a nice part of town. Sometimes people get lost trying to find the building but it is right there. I don't do much fancy stuff here. Just keeping things going day to day. It gets busy in the mornings when traffic picks up on the main road. I usually start early before the sun gets too high. The weather gets a bit humid here near the coast. I keep my door open most of the time unless it is raining hard outside. There are a lot of older buildings around us. Mine is just one of them. I try to stay organized but paperwork piles up sometimes. That is just how it goes when you run things yourself. If you are walking down Nepean Sea Road you might pass by without noticing. It is not a flashy place at all. I like it that way because it stays quiet. Most people who come by are neighbors or people I have known for years. We talk about the neighborhood and how things change. Not much else to say really. Just me here at 27 - A. I hope to stay for many more years.
