Zal Overseas

Zal Overseas is tucked away at 1 Cinema Lane in Dhobitalao. It’s a bit of an old area with a lot of history. If you know Mumbai, you know Dhobitalao has its own specific vibe. Our office isn’t huge, but it gets the job done for what we do at Zal Overseas. We deal with overseas stuff, mostly paperwork and logistics, which means a lot of time spent on the phone or at our desks. The lane itself can be pretty narrow and crowded, but that's just part of being in this neighborhood. We’ve seen many businesses come and go around here while we’ve stayed put. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us. We handle what comes in and try to make sure things get to where they’re going. Sometimes the monsoon makes the lane a bit difficult to navigate, but we still show up. It’s a practical way to work. We don't use big words to describe ourselves. We are just a small team in an old building doing our part in the export and import world. There's a lot of noise from the main road, but once you get into Cinema Lane, it feels a bit different. We focus on the details because that’s what matters in this line of work. No flash, no polished speeches. Just a desk, a computer, and the work that needs finishing by the end of the day. That’s enough for us.
