Worldwide Exports

Our office is located at Rh/2, Q-4, in Section 9 of CBD Belapur. Worldwide Exports is what we call ourselves. Even though the name sounds big, we are a pretty grounded group of people. Belapur is a decent place to work. It’s not as chaotic as the main city. We spend our time checking on shipments and making sure the papers are in order. There’s a lot of back and forth with different people. Our space is functional. We have some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don’t mind. As long as we can find what we need, it’s fine. We started out here years ago when Section 9 was a bit quieter. Now there’s more traffic. We still have our same desks. It’s a small operation, really. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on getting the goods from one place to another without too much trouble. Sometimes things get stuck at the port and we have to spend all day on the phone. That’s the export business for you. We take the good days with the bad. Most of the time, it’s just steady work. We’re right here in the residential-commercial mix of Belapur, just doing our thing. We have a few plants on the window sill. They probably need more water than they get, but they manage to survive.
