Vk Exports

I've been working out of 706 Sea Green for a while now. Most people know the 7 Bungalows area in Andheri West because of the crowd and the shops, but up here on the seventh floor, it's actually not too bad. You get a bit of that sea breeze if the windows are open at the right time. Vk Exports is just a small setup, mostly just us handling paperwork and making sure things get where they need to go. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, and that’s a real pain when we have samples coming in, but you get used to it. Andheri traffic is a whole other story. If I don’t get here by eight, I’m stuck behind buses for forty minutes. We usually spend the morning answering emails and talking to the guys at the port. It’s not fancy or anything. There’s a tea stall downstairs where we usually get our afternoon break. My desk is covered in folders and half-empty water bottles. We don't have a big reception or some shiny sign, just the name on the door and a lot of work to get through every day. Most of our neighbors are just regular families, so we try to keep the noise down when we are moving boxes. It’s a decent place to work, even if the office feels a bit cramped when we have a big shipment ready to go out.
