Ummed Exports

We are located at 11-A in Dharam Palace on Hughes Road. It’s a decent-sized office where we handle all the details for our export business. Unlike the more crowded parts of the city, Hughes Road has a bit of a different feel, but it’s still quite busy during the day. Inside our space, there’s a lot of focus on the computer work and the phone calls that keep everything running. We have shelves filled with samples that we’ve sent out or received over the months. Most of our time is spent looking at shipping schedules and making sure the paperwork for customs is filled out correctly, which can be a real headache sometimes. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls or anything like that. It’s just an office with desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets that are probably too full. We often stay late when there’s a deadline or a shipment that needs extra attention. We grab lunch from one of the nearby spots and usually eat at our desks while we work. It’s not a glamorous job, but we’ve been doing it for a while and we know the routine. We don't try to impress anyone with a fancy setup; we just want to make sure the exports get where they need to go on time and that we don’t run into too many problems along the way.
