Trio

Trio is a small shop located on the first floor at 179 in Borivali West. It is not a very big space, and you have to walk up the stairs to get to us. We have been here for a long time, watching Borivali grow and get busier every year. The shop is usually packed with different items we sell, so it can feel a bit crowded when a few customers are inside at the same time. We do not have a big staff, so most of the time you will just see the same two or three faces. We do all the work ourselves, from opening up in the morning to sweeping the floor at night. It is a simple way to run a business, and we like it that way. We do not have any corporate training or fancy sales pitches. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because most of them are. Some days are slow and we just sit and watch the traffic down on the street. Other days we are running around trying to keep everything in order. Borivali West is a lively place to be, and there is always something happening right outside our window. We do not have bright neon signs or anything flashy. It is just a regular local shop where we try to be helpful and keep things moving along.
