Our shop is right in MG Market at Shop 70, and it usually gets pretty loud around here. We have been at this spot in Motilal Nagar for a while now. People mostly come in asking about bus times or trying to rent a car for a weekend trip to the coast or up into the hills. It is not a huge place, just a simple desk and some plastic chairs where you can sit while we check the schedules on the computer. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to make a few phone calls to confirm seats or check if a driver is available. Motilal Nagar is always busy, especially in the evenings when everyone is out doing their shopping. We see the same faces every day. It is mostly about getting people from one place to another without too much fuss. We handle the bookings, print out the tickets, and try to make sure nobody misses their ride. Sometimes the printer jams right when a customer is in a hurry, which is a bit of a headache. But that is just how it goes in a small office. We do not have fancy coffee machines here, just a water cooler and some old calendars on the wall. If you are walking around the market, you can just stop by. We do not really do the whole online chat thing because it is easier to talk face to face.
