Creative Land Dealers Private Limited

Our office is over in the Neelkanth Commercial Centre, specifically in units 101 to 106. We are located on Sahar Road in Andheri East, right on Bm Marg. It’s a pretty busy part of town, especially with all the traffic coming through this section of Andheri. Creative Land Dealers Private Limited has been operating out of this commercial hub for some time now. We occupy a few units here, which gives us enough room to keep our papers and maps spread out. The building itself is a typical commercial spot where a lot of different businesses are trying to make things happen. Being on Sahar Road means we are right in the middle of the action. People are always coming and going from the Neelkanth complex. It’s not the quietest place, but that’s just how it is in this part of the city. We spend our time looking at land deals and talking to people who are interested in buying or selling. The Bm Marg area is always moving. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a regular workspace where we sit down and look at the numbers and the plots. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking documents. We’ve got used to the noise of the street and the rhythm of Andheri East. It’s a practical place to be for the kind of work we handle every day, keeping everything running from our suite of rooms.
