Sai Nath Watch Co

We are located at 1 Bbd Chawl Number 55 in Worli. It is a small space, but we have everything we need for Sai Nath Watch Co. Worli has changed so much with the big towers going up, but our little corner in the Bbd Chawl stays pretty much the same. We spend our days surrounded by the ticking of clocks and the tiny parts of watches. It is quiet work that requires a lot of patience. Sometimes a watch comes in that hasn't worked for years, and we spend hours trying to find out why. Our workbench is covered in tiny screwdrivers and magnifying glasses. We don't have a website or a marketing person. Most people just find us by walking past or because their father used to come here. The light isn't always great in the chawl, so we have extra lamps at the desks. It gets humid in the monsoon, and we have to be careful about the metal parts. We have been at Number 55 for a long time. We know the neighbors and the people who sell tea on the corner. It is a simple life. We fix the things people bring us and we hope they keep time for a few more years. There is something nice about working on something so small and precise while the city moves so fast outside our door. We just keep our heads down and do the work as best as we can.
