Our shop is located at 7 Colaba on the Hennur Main Road. It’s a small place where we keep a variety of handmade items. Tohfa Handicraft isn't like those big modern stores you see in the malls. It’s a bit more cluttered and personal. We have shelves filled with pots, fabrics, and other things that people have made by hand. We spend a lot of our time sourcing these items and then finding a spot for them in the shop. It’s a lot of work to keep everything organized, and sometimes the place feels a bit overflowing. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most people who come in are just walking by on Hennur Main Road and decide to see what’s inside. We enjoy talking to them about the items and who made them. It’s a very grounded kind of business. Some days we don't have many visitors, and we just spend the time dusting the stock or rearranging the window. Other times it gets quite busy with people looking for gifts. We aren't trying to be a luxury boutique; we just want to offer interesting things that aren't mass-produced. It’s a quiet way to make a living, and we’ve been part of this street for a long time now. We usually stay open late to catch the people heading home after work finishes up for the day.
