Time Life Watch House

We have been here at Karnik Bunglow for many years now. Old Nagardas Road is always noisy with the traffic and people rushing past, but inside Time Life Watch House, things move a bit slower. It’s a small place, nothing like those big showrooms you see in malls. We mostly spend our days sitting at the bench with small tools and magnifying glasses. Sometimes the light isn't great, but we manage. My father used to say that a watch tells more than just time, and I guess he was right because we see all sorts of old pieces coming through the door. Some are rusted, some just need a new battery or a strap. We don’t have a big staff, just a couple of us who know how to handle the tiny screws. People from the neighborhood stop by, sometimes just to chat while they wait for a quick fix. The walls are a bit faded and the glass on the counters has some scratches, but it works for us. We’ve seen the road change quite a bit, but Karnik Bunglow stays the same. It is a quiet spot despite the chaos outside. We don't do fancy ads or anything. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for the first customer. It's just a simple life here on Old Nagardas Road, keeping things ticking along as best as we can without making a fuss about it. The rent is okay and the neighbors are friendly enough, mostly shopkeepers like us who have been around for a long while now.
