Our office is situated at 211 in The Jewel, which is where the old Roxy Theatre used to be on M. P. Marg. It’s an interesting location because people still remember the theatre. We do export work, mostly focusing on textiles and some other goods that go abroad. The office is usually piled high with samples and shipping documents. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we have our own system for finding things. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up in the morning, check our emails, and start the process of moving goods from one place to another. It’s a lot of logistical work and sometimes things get delayed, which can be stressful. But we’ve been doing this long enough to know how to handle it. The area around M. P. Marg is always lively, so there’s plenty of places to grab a quick lunch. We aren't a big fancy firm. We’re just a few people working hard to make sure our clients get what they ordered. We don't use social media much or do any big promotions. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for a long time. It’s a simple, honest business and we plan to keep it that way for the foreseeable future. There is always something to do.
