We operate out of Flat 103 in the A Wing of Aster Tower. It’s in Malad East, though we have some roots back in the Pydhonie Mandvi area too. It’s an office setup, not a factory, so don’t expect to see machines running here. We handle different types of industrial supplies and coordination for our clients. It’s mostly phone calls and emails all day long. Aster Tower is a decent building, though the parking is a total mess most days. We chose Malad because it’s easier for some of our staff to get to than the old city areas. Inside, it’s just a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of samples scattered around. We deal with various manufacturing units, acting as the middleman for their raw materials. It’s not the most exciting work, but it keeps us busy. Sometimes we have meetings that go on for way too long because everyone has a different opinion on shipping dates. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. People find us through word of mouth or old connections from Pydhonie. We’ve been in this trade for years, so we know who to call when things get stuck at the port or with a transporter. It’s just a regular office life, trying to keep the orders moving and the paperwork straight without making too many mistakes along the way.
