We have been here at Balwani Niwas in Umiya Nagar for quite a few years now. Most people know us because we are right on Navagam Dindoli Road in Kandivali West. It is a busy spot but we like it that way. When you walk inside, you will see a lot of small tools and watch parts on the counter because someone is usually working on a repair. We handle all kinds of stuff, from changing a tiny battery that died to fixing a strap that finally gave out. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but inside we just focus on the ticking. It is not a fancy place, just a regular shop where we try to get things working again for the neighbors. People stop by on their way home or while running errands around Umiya Nagar 1. We have seen a lot of watches come through here over time. Some are old family pieces and others are just cheap ones that someone really likes. We do our work at the back of the shop. If you are looking for us, we are right there in the building near the main road. It gets dusty sometimes with all the construction around Kandivali, but the shop stays busy enough. We just keep doing what we do every day. There is no big story here, just a small business trying to help people keep track of their time.
