The office is over in Shiv Sagar Estate, right on Dr. Annie Besant Road in Worli. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets with all the cars and people heading toward the sea link. We’ve been based in A-3 for a long time. Exporting isn't as simple as people think; it involves a mountain of documents and a lot of waiting for containers to move. Our space is usually cluttered with samples, shipping labels, and files that have been sitting there for years. We spend a lot of time on the phone, often at odd hours because of the time differences with people in other countries. The salt air from the coast sometimes makes the metal window frames a bit rusty, but that’s just life in Worli. It’s a prime location, but inside, it feels like any other hardworking office. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just find one of us buried under a pile of invoices. We keep things moving because that’s the only way to stay afloat in this business. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud you can barely hear the person on the other end of the line. We’ve learned to deal with it. It’s just us, doing our part to send goods across the borders, day after day, without much fanfare or any fancy corporate speeches.
