Shubhada

We are located over at Flat No 1 in the Suyash building, which is part of Plot No 25 on Nandi Durga Road. Being in Bandra West is busy, but this little corner feels a bit different. It is a residential spot, so things stay relatively quiet compared to the main shopping streets. People often have a bit of trouble finding the right gate at first since the building names can be confusing. We have been at this address for a long time, and the neighbors all know us by now. The office is right on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to just walk in when they need something. We handle various tasks throughout the day, mostly paperwork and coordinating things for the residents or small projects. There isn't much of a lobby, so you mostly just see our desks and a lot of files. The trees outside provide some decent shade during the hot Mumbai afternoons. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up with the other flats, so we spend a bit of time sorting that out. It is a small team here, just a couple of us doing the daily chores and keeping the place running. We don't really have a big sign out front, just the name on the door. It is a simple setup for the kind of work we do every day.
