Shiv Shakti Impex

Shiv Shakti Impex is located at 8 Balakrishna Nivas on Panjrapole Main Road. We’ve been operating from this building for a long time. It’s a busy road with a lot of traffic, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We do import and export work, which mostly means we spend a lot of time on the phone and dealing with customs papers. It’s a small office, and things can get a bit disorganized when we have a lot of shipments coming in at once. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us handling the daily tasks. We deal with all sorts of goods, whatever the market seems to need at the time. Sometimes the paperwork gets frustrating, especially when things are delayed at the port or with the trucks. But that's just part of the business we’re in. We don't have a flashy entrance or a big sign. Most people come to us through word of mouth or through family connections. We try to be honest with everyone we deal with and just get the job done without too much fuss. It’s a lot of work and sometimes the days are long, but we’re happy with how things are. Being on Panjrapole Main Road means we’re right in the middle of everything.
