Our office is located at Mangalya CHS on Mg. Road in Goregaon West. It’s a busy street, so there is always noise from the traffic and people walking by outside. We’ve been at number 4 for a good while now, running Shakti Vacations Pvt. Ltd. from this small corner. The space isn’t huge, but it fits our desks and the heavy files we need to keep everything running correctly. Most of the day is spent handling bookings or talking to people on the phone about their upcoming trips. Goregaon is a fast-paced area, and being right on Mg. Road means we see a lot of the local life every single day. We don’t have any fancy decorations or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the internet acts up, which can be a bit of a headache when you're trying to confirm a flight, but we manage. We’ve got a small team here, and we all know each other’s habits by now. Usually, someone brings in snacks to share in the afternoon. We focus on the details of the trips we plan, making sure the dates and names are all correct. It’s mostly routine work, but it matters to the people who come to us. We like the neighborhood, even if parking around here is a nightmare. It’s just a regular business day for us, starting at nine and finishing up whenever the work is finally through for the evening.
