Travel Joy Tours

Travel Joy Tours is based in the Abhyudaya Nagar Housing Board area. We’re right near Parel Tank Road, and if you get lost, just look for the tank road again because it’s the main landmark people use to find us. Our office is quite small and tucked away in the housing board complex. It’s a bit of a lived-in space with old posters on the walls and stacks of papers on every surface. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; you just walk in and one of us will look up from what we’re doing. We spend our time booking cars and checking on hotel availability for folks who want to go on holiday. It’s not a glamorous job, but we enjoy the puzzle of fitting a trip together. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the traffic outside on Parel Tank Road. We aren't a big travel agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who know the routes and the prices. We try to be honest about how long a drive will take or if a hotel is actually any good. Most of our customers live right here in Abhyudaya Nagar, so we see them at the market too. We just do our best to make sure people have a decent time when they leave town for a few days.
