Primark Travel House

Primark Travel House is based in Powai, right near Era Nandan. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets with all the offices and people living nearby. Our office is a simple place where we spend a lot of time looking at maps and booking details on our computers. It isn't a big corporate office with glass walls; it’s more of a functional space where we have our desks and a few chairs for whoever drops by. Powai has changed a lot over the years, and we have seen many new buildings go up while we stayed put in our little corner. The walk from the main road isn't too long, but it can be a bit muddy when it rains heavily during the monsoon. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work on schedules and talk to people on the phone. Sometimes the internet acts up, which can be frustrating, but we manage to get things sorted eventually. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work every day and making sure we don't mix up the dates. Most of the people who come to us are locals from the Powai area who have seen our sign while walking past Era Nandan. It is a straightforward job that requires a lot of patience and attention to detail to keep everything moving.
