Our office is tucked away on the second floor of Hi Tech Plaza. If you've ever been down Mahakali Caves Road in Andheri East, you know how packed it gets. Mumbai is always moving, and we're right in the thick of it. Suvidhaa Infoserve Pvt. Ltd. is basically our base of operations. We spend most of our time here on computers, handling different services for people. It’s a lot of data and talking to customers. The building itself is busy, with people coming and going all day long. Sometimes the lift takes forever, so we just use the stairs. It’s good exercise, I guess. We aren't a massive corporate giant with thousands of employees in this one spot, but we stay busy. Being in Maharashtra, especially in a place like Andheri, means there's always something happening outside the window. We mostly focus on making sure our systems are running right. It’s practical work. No one here wears suits unless they really have to. We prefer just getting the job done. The air conditioning is our best friend during the summer months. People know us in the plaza. We've been here long enough that the security guards know our names. It's just our little corner of Mumbai where we try to keep things organized. It's not always perfect, but we put in the hours and keep moving forward. Every day brings its own set of challenges here.
