If you know Malwani in Malad West, you know it's a busy spot. We are right by Gate Number 5. It’s always crowded and there’s always something happening right outside our door. We’ve been helping people get where they need to go for a long time. Mostly we handle tickets and car bookings. It’s a lot of talking to people all day long. Some people come in knowing exactly where they want to go, others need a bit of help figuring out the best way to travel. Our office isn't very large, but we keep it organized enough to get the job done. We’ve got maps on the walls and plenty of ledgers. We don't use a lot of fancy software; we just keep track of everything carefully. The phone rings a lot. Sometimes it’s someone calling about a late bus, or someone wanting to book a trip for their whole family. We just take it as it comes. It can get stressful when things are busy, especially during holiday seasons. But we’ve lived in Malad long enough to handle the rush. We know the local routes and the best times to avoid the worst traffic. We just try to be helpful and get the paperwork sorted so people can go on their way. We aren't here to make things complicated. We just want to make sure the booking is right so you don't have trouble later.
