Cox Kings Ltd.

Our office is located in the Tumer Morrison Bldg. over at 16 Bank Street. It’s an old building with a lot of character, and we’ve been here at Cox Kings Ltd. for quite some time. The street outside is always crowded with people rushing around, but inside it’s a bit more organized, though it still gets hectic. We handle travel arrangements for people going all over the place. There are stacks of brochures and files on almost every desk. We spend most of our day on the phone or responding to emails about flight times and visa requirements. It’s a lot of detail work that people don't always see. Sometimes the weather or a strike somewhere else in the world messes up all our plans, and we have to scramble to fix things for the travelers. We aren't a big corporate machine with scripted answers. We just talk to people like normal and try to find a trip that fits what they need. Some days are slow, and we just catch up on filing, while other days we barely have time to grab lunch. Being on Bank Street means we get a lot of walk-ins, people just curious about where they could go next. We don't try to sell anyone anything they don't want. We just give them the information and let them decide. It’s a steady job in a historic part of town, and we’re happy to be doing it here. It’s mostly just making sure the paperwork is right so folks don’t run into trouble once they leave.
