Samay Watch

Samay Watch is tucked away in the Haveli Building, right at shop number three. We are in the Shrenik Park area of Borivali West. If you know where the Reliance Web World is, we are very close to that. This part of Borivali is usually quite busy with people going about their shopping. We have been here for a good while. The shop isn't very wide, but it goes back deep enough to hold all our tools. We spend a lot of our day under the magnifying glass, looking at tiny gears and springs. It is a lot of sitting. The building itself is an older one, so it has that familiar smell of stone and age. We see a lot of families who have lived in Shrenik Park for generations. They bring in watches that belonged to their grandfathers. It is a lot of responsibility to handle those. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just rely on people seeing the shop when they walk past. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use flashlights to finish a job. That is just how things go. We keep the place tidy, or as tidy as a watch repair shop can be with all those tiny parts. We are usually here from morning until the evening. It is a steady pace and we like it that way. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just keeping the neighborhood clocks on time.
