Saibaba Watch Service

Our shop, Saibaba Watch Service, is at 909 Katrak Road. It is right across from V P Road in Wadala. If you are in the neighborhood, you will probably see our sign. It is a simple setup. We do not have fancy displays or anything like that. Most of the space is taken up by the workbench and tools. Wadala is a place where people know each other, so we get a lot of locals coming in. They might just need a strap changed or a glass replaced because it got cracked. Sometimes they bring in an old clock from their house that has not ticked in years. We do our best with what we have. It is a small room, and it can get quite warm in the afternoons when the sun hits. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work. My hands are usually a bit stained from the oil and dust of the old movements. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we do. We have stayed at this Katrak Road address for a long time because the location works for the people living nearby. There is no big marketing plan here. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait to see who needs help with their timepieces. It is a local life, and we are happy enough with how things are.
