Our office is up on the 4th level of the Dynasty building. If you know Andheri Kurla Road you know how the traffic gets so we are usually here early before the whole road jams up. We handle security guards and site management for different places around the city. It is a lot of scheduling and making sure people actually show up for their shifts on time. Sometimes a guard calls out sick at 2 AM and then we are the ones scrambling to find a replacement so the client isn't left hanging. It is a bit of a headache but that is the security business for you. The office is mostly just files of resumes and training logs. We have some chairs for when the guys come in to pick up their uniforms or sign their papers. It stays pretty loud outside with all the construction and the cars but inside we just focus on the rosters. We do not have a fancy lobby or anything because we are mostly out at the sites checking on things anyway. My coffee mug is always half full of cold coffee because the phone never really stops ringing. We have been in this spot for a bit now and it works for us. It is just honest work keeping things safe for other people. We don't do anything special just make sure the doors are locked and the right people are watching.
