Rushabh International

Our office is up on the second floor at Rushabh International. Being in the 122 Opera House building means there’s always something happening. If you’ve ever walked around this area, you know how crowded the lanes are with people and cars. We spend a lot of time just managing the daily tasks that come our way. The building is old, with those high ceilings and stairs that have seen better days. We don't really have a big fancy lobby, just our space where we get the work done. The windows don't let in much light because of the other buildings so close by, but we have enough lamps. Most of the day is spent on the phone or looking at documents. Sometimes the lift doesn't work right, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good exercise I guess. It’s a bit noisy with the street sounds coming up, but that’s just South Mumbai for you. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and we know the tea guy downstairs pretty well. He brings us chai twice a day. It’s a simple setup, nothing too special to look at, but it’s where we do our business. We just keep our heads down and keep moving forward with the paperwork. It gets a bit dusty with all the files, but we try to keep it tidy. That’s just life in an office in this part of town.
