You can find us at 118/A & B in Shreejee Chambers, which sits right between Tata Road 1 and 2 in the Opera House area. It’s a busy spot, and our office is usually full of the sounds of people typing and talking on their mobiles. We deal with exports, so there’s always a lot of coordination involved with different transport companies and buyers. Our desks are cluttered with folders, samples, and stacks of envelopes. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we generally know where everything is. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with the daily logistics to worry about that. We spend a lot of our time waiting for emails to come through or confirming that a payment has been processed. It’s a lot of sitting and staring at screens, mixed with the occasional rush to get a package ready for a courier. We don't really do much in the way of promotion; we just rely on the contacts we’ve built up over the years. The building itself is quite old and the stairs can be a bit of a climb, but it’s a good location for being in the middle of the trade district. We just try to keep up with the pace of the market and make sure our clients get what they asked for without any unnecessary delays or errors.
