We've been at 22 A on the first floor here in Kalachowki for quite a while now. Most people just walk past the post office and head up the stairs to find us. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a place where we get the work done every day. Dealing with international stuff usually means a lot of paperwork and phone calls that never seem to end. Sometimes the fan makes a bit of noise, but it keeps us cool while we sort through everything. My family started this, and I’ve been here since I was much younger. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most folks who come here have been coming for years because they know where to find us. Kalachowki is a busy area, always noisy with traffic and people moving around outside. Inside, we just focus on the orders and making sure things move from one place to another without too much trouble. It gets a bit cramped when new shipments come in, and we have to stack boxes wherever they fit. We usually have tea around four o'clock, which is the best part of the afternoon. It’s a simple setup, really. Just some desks, a few old files, and people who know how the business works. We don't try to be anything we aren't. If you need something handled, we just do it and that’s that.
