Ratnakala Exports

We've been over here at Prasad Chambers for quite some time now. Most people around Opera House know the building, it's pretty busy and crowded with folks moving around diamonds and gold every day. Our spot is at 316. It isn't a massive flashy office, just where we handle the export work for Ratnakala Exports. We get in early, look at the stones, and make sure things are packed up right to go out. Dealing with exports means there is always paperwork and shipping stuff to sort out, which keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the elevators in this building are slow, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. My team and I mostly focus on getting the orders ready. We don't spend much time on fancy websites or big signs outside. We just do the job. The workspace is filled with desks and lights for grading, nothing fancy. It can get loud in the hallways during peak hours when everyone is trying to get their deliveries out before the couriers stop taking packages. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but the core of what we do stays pretty much the same. If you’re coming by, it’s easier to take a rickshaw because parking near the Opera House is a nightmare. We just keep our heads down and work. It's a living and we take it one day at a time.
