Ranju'S Creations

Our little shop, Ranju'S Creations, is tucked away in Thakur Village, over at Kandivali East. Specifically, we are in Shop Number 27 of the Uranus CHS building. If you know the area, you know it's a lively place with people always walking their dogs or heading to the parks. We’ve been in this spot for some time, and the neighbors in the society are all familiar faces now. The shop itself isn't massive, but it’s ours. We have racks filled with different things we've put together, and there's usually a sewing machine humming in the corner. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late because the traffic near the highway is a nightmare, but we manage. My hands are usually stained with something or full of pins. The light in the morning hits the shop front just right, though it gets a bit stuffy in the afternoons. We aren't trying to be some big corporate brand; it’s just me and a couple of others trying to make things that look decent. We get a lot of aunties from the nearby buildings dropping by to see what's new or just to complain about the heat. It’s a nice community vibe here in Uranus CHS. We keep things pretty informal. If the door is open, we’re working. It’s a lot of long hours, but seeing a finished piece makes the backache worth it.
