We are located in the Panchratna Building, right on M. P. Road in the Opera House area. Our office is on the 6th floor, units 636 and 637. If you know anything about the diamond and jewelry trade in this city, you know that Panchratna is the main hub for everyone. It’s an incredibly busy building with security everywhere and people rushing through the halls. We’ve had our space here for many years. It isn't a fancy jewelry shop with glass windows and velvet displays. It’s a workspace for exports. We spend our days looking at stones under the loupe and weighing things on little scales. It’s a lot of detail work and it can be quite tiring for the eyes. We have our regular customers who come by, and we usually sit and have some chai while we talk business. We don't do any big advertising or have a polished website. In this business, your word is everything, so we just try to be honest and straightforward with everyone. It’s a crowded, fast-paced environment, but we like being right in the middle of it all. The elevators are always full and the noise from the street never really stops, but that’s just life at the Opera House. We come in, do our work, and head home like everyone else. It’s a decent way to make a living and we don't plan on moving anywhere else.
