Property Plus Plus

We are over at Office No 1104 in Maker Chambers. It's right in Nariman Point, which is always buzzing with people and cars. If you know where the Oberoi Hotel is, we are just a short walk from there. Property Plus Plus isn't a massive corporate firm with hundreds of people in suits. It's just a handful of us sitting at our desks, talking on the phones, and trying to keep all the paperwork organized. Dealing with property in this city is always a bit of a headache, so we spend a lot of time checking details and making sure things are actually moving forward. The view from the window is okay, but mostly we are looking at our screens or heading out to meet someone at a site. We've got files stacked up because there's always something new coming in. People come to us when they need a place to stay or an office to work in. We don't promise anything magical, just that we'll show up and do the work. The elevators in this building can be slow during lunch, so we've learned to be patient. It’s a practical office for practical people. We know the streets around here like the back of our hands. If you need to find us, look for the sign near the entrance. We’re usually here until late most evenings, just getting through the day's list of tasks. We keep things pretty simple and try not to overcomplicate the process.
