One To One Exports

Our place is at unit 213 in the Amir Industrial Estate. We are inside the Sun Mill Compound, right next to the Phoenix Compound in Lower Parel. This whole area used to be full of old textile mills, and you can still feel that history. It’s a very busy and loud part of Mumbai. There are trucks constantly moving in and out of the compound, and the noise of the city is always there. Our unit is on the second floor. It’s a functional space with high ceilings and big windows, though it gets quite hot during the day. We have several large fans to keep the air moving. The walls are a bit stained and the floors are concrete, but it’s a good place for the kind of work we do. We handle a lot of physical goods, so there are always crates and boxes stacked up. We don't have a fancy office for meetings. Usually, we just talk over a cup of tea in the middle of the workspace. Lower Parel has become very modern with all the new malls, but the industrial estate still feels like the old working-class heart of the city. We have a loyal team of people who know the business inside out. We don't bother with any corporate polish. We just focus on getting the exports out on time and making sure everything is correct.
