New Fly Well Tours & Travels is located right on Masjid Bunder Road, inside the Bundeally Building. It’s a busy part of town near the SG Highway, so there’s always the sound of horns and trucks moving by. I spend my mornings checking the latest rates for flights and seeing which hotels are actually decent for the price. The office is on the eighth floor, so at least we are a bit away from the street noise, though you can still hear the city hum. We’ve been here for a while, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. My desk is usually a mess of passports and printed itineraries. I don't use any fancy software, just the basic stuff that works. People come in looking to visit family or maybe take a small vacation. I try to be honest about which flights are always late. It’s a small operation, just me and a colleague handling the phones. Sometimes the lift in the Bundeally Building is a bit slow, so I end up taking the stairs. It keeps me moving, I guess. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the city. We just want to make sure someone’s trip goes okay without any weird surprises. If you are coming from the highway, the turn-off can be easy to miss, so I usually tell people to look for the building near the mosque. It is just a normal office.
