We are located in the Development Bank Building on Palton Road, right in the heart of the Crawford Market area. Our office is number 111 on the fourth floor. If you know this part of town, you know how hectic it can be. The streets are always packed with people and carts, and finding a place to walk is sometimes a challenge. By the time you get up to the fourth floor, you’ve usually had a bit of a workout. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we handle the paperwork for the export business. There are stacks of files and boxes everywhere, and the phone seems to ring at the most inconvenient times. We deal with a lot of logistics and shipping details, which can be quite a headache when things don't go as planned. It is a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and making sure things are actually moving. The windows look out over the busy market, so there is always something to see, even if it’s just more traffic. It’s a bit cramped and sometimes the air conditioning struggles with the Mumbai heat, but we get the work done. We are just a local export firm trying to keep up with the pace of the market outside our door. That's just life here on Palton Road for us.
