Navkar Times is on the first floor of Zaveri House. This is on Marol Pipeline Road, which connects to Kurla Road in the Masjid Bunder West area. Since we are on the first floor, you have to come up the stairs to find us. It’s a bit different from a street-level shop, but it’s quieter up here away from the ground floor rush. We focus on watches and have been doing this for a while. The area around Masjid Bunder is always packed with goods and people moving stuff around on carts. It’s a major trading hub, so there is a lot of energy. Our shop isn't fancy; it’s more about the work we do. We have shelves full of watch parts and various models on display. People find us through word of mouth or by looking at the signs on the building exterior. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have the fans going to stay comfortable. We handle a lot of wholesale-type queries because of where we are located, but we also deal with individuals who need a repair. The Marol Pipeline Road area has its own character, a bit gritty but very active. We spend our time checking shipments or fixing watches that people bring in. It’s a solid, honest business. We don’t spend money on big ads. We just stay here at Zaveri House and wait for our customers. It’s a practical setup for the kind of daily work we do.
