National Envelopes Maker

We make envelopes at our shop in the Fort area. The address is shop number 2, in building number 154 on St Fort. It is right opposite Mangal Printer. Having a printer across the street is handy because we hear their machines humming all day long. Our place is full of paper. We have stacks of brown paper, white paper, and thick cardstock everywhere you look. There is barely enough room to walk between the tables. We spend the day cutting, folding, and gluing. My hands are usually sticky by the time we close up. We don’t have a big factory. It is just a small shop where we do everything by hand or with simple machines. The building is old and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. We have been here for many years. Some of our customers have been coming to us since we first opened. They just tell us what size they need and we get to work. It is quiet work in a very loud part of the city. We don’t have a website or any fancy marketing. People just know us because we are always here. The smell of paper and glue is something I have gotten used to. We start early in the morning and keep going until the last batch is packed and ready for delivery.
