Munna Watch Centre

We are over at Shopper Spot Shopping Centre, tucked into the Anandraj Industrial Estate on Sonapur Lane in Malad East. It’s a busy spot, mostly people coming and going for work. I opened this place because I've always liked how watches work. There are a lot of small parts inside that most people never see. My day usually starts with opening up the shutters and getting the tools ready. Usually, someone drops by with a strap that snapped or a battery that finally quit. I sit at the back under a bright lamp. Malad East gets quite noisy, but inside the shop, it stays quiet enough to focus on the tiny screws. We see all kinds of watches here, from old ones people found in a drawer to the newer ones that kids wear. The shop isn't huge, but it fits what we need. Sometimes the light in the hallway flickers, but we make do. I spend a lot of time looking through a magnifying glass. People know us by the name on the sign, and they just walk in when they need a fix. It's just a regular shop where we do the work. Nothing fancy. If you are walking down Sonapur Lane, you will see us at F/4. We have been here for years, and most neighbors know us by now. It is a steady job, and I like the quiet of the workbench.
