Micro Exports

If you come to Shroff Mansion and head up to the second floor, that’s where you’ll find us. 3rd Bhoiwada is a tight area, always bustling with people and carts. Our space isn't huge, but we make it work for everything we do at Micro Exports. We handle a lot of different goods for shipping out. It’s mostly paperwork and checking boxes to make sure everything is where it should be. The stairs up here are a bit steep, and it gets a bit stuffy in the afternoons, but we’re used to it. We’ve been in this building for a long time now. You can hear the sounds of the street coming through the windows all day. We deal with various suppliers and try to keep everyone on schedule, which isn't always easy. Sometimes the deliveries are late or the counts are off, and we have to sort it out. It’s a lot of phone calls and writing things down in big ledgers. We don't use much fancy software; the old way works fine for us. We know our neighbors in the mansion, and we all help each other out when someone needs a hand moving a heavy crate. It’s just how things are done here. We focus on the small details because that’s what matters in exporting. Sometimes the light in the hallway flickers, but we haven't gotten around to fixing it yet. We just keep our heads down and handle the shipments as they come. It’s busy, but we like the pace. Every day brings something a bit different to our desk at 65/71.
