Meka Exports

Our spot is at 31 Pratik Arcade, which is right in the DN Nagar area, near Alankar Cinema. It’s a typical commercial building with lots of small offices squeezed together. You can hear the noise from the street and the cinema crowds depending on the time of day. The office itself isn’t very big; we have a couple of desks and a lot of folders stacked up. Meka Exports is where we handle all the paperwork for the things we send out. It’s mostly just phone calls and emails all day long. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief because the building gets quite warm. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. When you walk in, you’re basically right in the middle of the work. Sometimes there are boxes waiting to be moved, and you have to sidestep them to get to the back. We know the security guards and the guys in the other offices, so it’s a friendly enough place. Usually, we're too busy to notice much else, just trying to make sure the documents are correct and the deadlines are met. It’s a simple setup that works for us. We’ve been in DN Nagar for a bit now and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place, even the days when the traffic makes it hard to leave the parking lot.
