Manpad Exports

Manpad Exports is based out of unit number 51 on the second floor of the Evergreen Industrial Estate. We are tucked away on Satimills Lane in Mahalaxmi West. It’s an old industrial building, so you have to walk up the stairs or use the freight lift if it’s working that day. The estate is always buzzing with activity from the other units, so there is a lot of noise and movement. We have been in this unit for a while. It’s a decent sized space where we handle all our export work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking boxes. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a fancy reception desk. We just have our desks, some chairs, and a lot of samples lying around. Mahalaxmi is a busy part of the city, and being in the west side near the mills means we are right in the thick of things. Sometimes the lane outside gets blocked by delivery trucks, so we have to plan our timings carefully. Our staff is small, just a few of us who have been working together for years. We know the building inside and out. It’s a practical location for what we do. We don't really have walk-in customers since we focus on exports, so we just focus on getting the shipments ready. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure things are packed right. We just do our job and go home.
