Our shop is in Ramanand Chawl, over in Borivali East. We are quite close to the Kajupada Police Chowki, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. It’s a small space, but we’ve got everything we need to fix watches. I’ve been sitting at this same bench for years. The light comes in from the front door, and that’s where I do most of my work. We see all kinds of watches here. Some are very old and belong to grandfathers, while others are just basic ones people wear to school or work. We do the small jobs like changing batteries and also the bigger ones where we have to clean the whole inside. It’s a lot of picking up tiny parts with tweezers. Borivali East has its own pace, and we fit right in. We don't have any fancy displays or bright signs. It’s just a place to get your watch fixed. Most of our customers live right here in the chawl or nearby. They know we are honest about what needs doing. If it can't be fixed, we tell them. If it can, we do it. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy from morning to night. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just fix watches.
