Kerala Stores

You can find us at Shop No 37 on Bhaidas Mehtas Street. It is a narrow road that connects to the New Link Road, and it gets pretty packed with cars and delivery bikes. Kerala Stores has been in this spot for a while now. The shop is small, and every inch of the walls is covered with something. We have boxes stacked high, and sometimes you have to move one thing to get to another. It is a bit of a puzzle every morning when we open up. We like the tight space though, it makes everything feel close. The New Link Road is always buzzing, but once you turn onto Bhaidas Mehtas Street, things feel a little more like a neighborhood. We spend our afternoons talking to the people who live nearby. They come in for small things and stay to chat for a few minutes. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us behind the counter, handling the inventory and making sure the lights stay on. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the front door during the monsoon, so we put a bucket there and keep going. That is just how it is. Shop No 37 is our place, and we are happy to be here. We don't overcomplicate things. We just open the doors, do the work, and close up when the sun goes down.
