We are located near the Lake Home Complex in the Powai area. It’s a part of town that has grown a lot recently, but we are tucked away in a spot that feels a bit more grounded. Our space is more of a warehouse and workspace than a traditional shop. We have shelves filled with all sorts of items we’ve gathered over time. It can get a bit cluttered because we are always bringing in new things and trying to find a place for them. We spend most of our hours sorting through the inventory and getting things ready to be sent out. It’s a lot of physical work, packing and unpacking boxes. The area around Lake Home is usually quite busy with residents and cars, but inside our doors, we just focus on the tasks at hand. We don't have any big windows or fancy displays to show off what we have. Most of our work is done behind the scenes. Sometimes it gets a little dusty with all the materials we handle, but that’s just part of the job. We like being in Powai because it’s a good central spot for us. There isn't a team of receptionists or a big office staff; it’s just us doing the daily work of running the business. We keep things pretty low-key and just focus on making sure the items are handled properly before they leave our hands.
