Icon Facilities

Icon Facilities is based in Goregaon West, at No. 97/776 in Motilal Nagar No. 1. We’ve been working out of this location for a while. It’s a pretty standard spot in a residential and commercial mix. We handle various facility services from here. We don't have a big fancy headquarters with glass walls. Our office is just a regular room where we manage our schedules and talk to our staff. It’s a practical setup because we spend more time out at different sites than we do sitting at our desks. Motilal Nagar is a busy area, and being in No. 1 makes it easy to get around Goregaon. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a local business trying to keep things running smoothly for our clients. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic with scheduling, but we manage to figure it out. We know the streets around here pretty well by now. The office is usually filled with papers and phones ringing, but that’s just how a service business works. We don't have any big mission statements written on the walls. We just come in, check the plan for the day, and get to work. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it seems to work for us and the people we help.
