Gurjar Kutir Udyog

So, we are located right in the Baku Shop Comp. over on Laxmi Narayan Lane. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know where the Kabutar Khana is in Matunga. The pigeons are always there and it makes for a lot of noise and movement throughout the day. Our space isn't huge but it fits everything we need for Gurjar Kutir Udyog. Every morning we roll up the shutters and start the day. The lane gets narrow and sometimes a delivery truck gets stuck which causes a bit of a mess with the traffic. We just watch it happen from the doorway. It’s mostly just us working on the orders and making sure things are moving along. The shop compound has several other businesses too so there is always someone to talk to during the afternoon lull. We have been in this part of Matunga for quite some time now. You get used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The heat can get a bit much in the summers so we have a couple of old fans that make a lot of noise but they help. It's a real place with real people. We don't spend much time worrying about how things look as long as the work is getting done right. It’s a local business through and through and we like being right here near the Kabutar Khana where everything happens. We just take it one day at a time and keep the shop running as best we can.
